Here are instructions for Multi No. 2 Necklace Kit:
Your finished necklace will have six strands. Three of the strands have all Transparent Pink round beads, and three have all Opaque Luster Pink beads. You will string and knot one strand at a time working off of the spool. You will not cut the thread until after the strand is knotted.
Stringing and Knotting: First Strand: String onto the spool 36 round beads separated by 10 seed beads in the following pattern: 4 brown; 2 purple; 4 brown. Begin and end the strand with a round bead.Knot before and after each round bead. Begin by making a knot about 8 inches from the beginning of the cord. Slide up a round bead and make another knot. Then slide up the 10 seed beads, make a knot, slide up a round bead and make another knot. Continue to knot and slide beads until you make a knot after the last (36th) round bead. Cut the string of knotted beads from the spool leaving an 8-inch tail of thread after the last round bead.

Second  Through Sixth Strand: String your next strand onto the spool: 36 round beads separated by 10 seed beads. Knot as you did the first strand beginning with a knot about 8 inches from the beginning of the cord.

You should now have six identical knotted strands of beads, beginning and ending with a round bead plus an 8-inch tail.

Extending the Strands: You will now add seed beads to the tails. This will give you ends that will fit into the tulip cones, and also slightly stagger the strands of beads so the round beads will not fall in the same place.

Two Strands: Add 16 seed beads on the left end and 16 seed beads on the right end. Four brown; two purple; four brown; two purple; four brown.

Four Strands: Add 10 seed beads on the left end (four brown; two purple; four brown) and 22 seed beads on the right end (four brown; two purple; four brown; two purple; four brown; two purple; four brown). Your strands should still be all the same length since a total of 36 seed beads has been added to each one Now reverse two of the four so they end with 10 seed beads.

Tie all six strands together in an overhand knot at each end. Glue knots with Hypo Bead Tip Cement and trim cords when glue has dried. Don’t cut too close to the knot. The tulip caps will cover the ends.

Finishing: Cut the heads off of your 4-inch headpins and form a small loop (about 2mm in size) with a 3/4 inch tail using round nose pliers at one end of each headpin wire. Open the loop with your chain nose pliers and hook it through your cord ends close to the knot. Close the loop and wrap the tail around once to secure it from opening. Trim the short piece of excess wire leaving the long piece attached to pull the strands into the tulip. Add the small heishi bead to the headpin wire projecting out of the top of the tulip. Form a second loop in the headpin wire close to the top of the tulip. Before wrapping the loop closed, insert your clasp (on one side) and your extender chain (on the other).

You should have one round bead remaining. Attach it to the free end of your extender chain with the single 2-inch headpin provided in your kit.
